Not all men were created equally and all of us have different body types and body shapes and let’s not forget we also don’t have the perfect amount of fat in our body. Not everything that will look good on a 6’2 model will look good on you. You should figure out the type of body that you have right now and buy clothes which are more you. Dressing according to your body type is the best way to embrace your body and feel good about yourself and also look good while doing it.

1. Ectomorph

Ectomorph men are more slender have a hard time gaining weight or muscle. There is a huge misconception with people with this body type that they should wear loose baggy clothing to appear bigger when that does the opposite. Loose and baggy clothing make your look disproportionate and don’t complement their slender physique. Rather, ectomorph should follow a more fitted approach and should wear lighter colours which will make them appear bigger. Patterns like horizontal stripes and polka dots look great on this body type.

2. Mesomorph

These are the guys that are blessed in the physique department. Mesomorph can easily gain weight and muscle and usually have a V-shaped frame. If you have this body type the possibilities are endless, most things look good on this body type. The mistakes made by mesomorphs sometimes are that they go for a more tighter fit than they usually should. If they nail the right fit they can look good in almost everything.

3. Endomorph

Endomorphs are generally bigger men with a large frame. They gain muscle very easily but also gain fat more easily. Endomorph should usually stay away from the big bold patterns which would make them appear even bigger. Solids tend to look great on endomorphs but they should opt for more darker colours as dark colours make you appear thinner than you are. Their clothing should fit tighter on their arms and chest but a bit more loose towards the abdominal region. If they want to try with patterns subtle patterns like pinstripes and polka dots are their best bets.

You should also look at your height while fitting your clothes as your height has a great effect on your proportions.

Yeah, It might be hard for you to get to the top shelf, but dressing well as a short dude is not as hard as you think. You just have to figure out your proportions and work around it. For pants go for a more tapered approach and get it cut just at the ankles, preferably wear more high waisted trousers to make your legs look longer. Don’t ever wear low-waisted jeans, rather go for medium waisted jeans and cuff them up whenever you can. For shirts and t-shirts try to tuck them in whenever possible and if you don’t like them tucked in then just have them cut just at the midpoint of your zip. Try not to colour block your outfits rather go similar shades tops and bottoms.

2. Tall

Everyone should hate tall people for hitting the jackpot. They can almost pull off anything off the rack. That doesn’t mean that they shouldn’t go to the tailor once in a while. They have plenty of options when it comes to fits so they should experiment more with different fits and embrace odd combinations. They should try to wear belts which will give more definition to their proportions. For don’t tall men should not go for anything too short such as pants which are cut a bit too much.
